Welcome to Ready to Stick Mobile Phlebotomy Services. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, to maintain the efficiency of our services, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee. This fee helps us compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of service will also result in the $30 cancellation fee.

 

2. Safety Precautions

  • Animal Safety: To ensure the safety of our phlebotomists, if you have a dog or any other potentially vicious animal, please ensure it is secured and put away during the time of service. This precaution helps us provide care in a safe and stress-free environment for both you and our staff.

  • If the phlebotomist arrives and feels unsafe or uncomfortable due to the presence of an unrestrained animal or any other reason, they reserve the right to decline service. In such cases, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the $30 cancellation fee will apply.

 

3. Right to Refuse Service

  • Our phlebotomists are dedicated to providing exceptional care, but safety is our top priority. If the phlebotomist feels uncomfortable for any reason, whether due to the presence of an unrestrained animal, unsafe conditions, or any form of threat, we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Should service be refused due to these conditions, the $30 cancellation fee will still apply.

 

4. Liability

  • While we strive to offer the highest level of professionalism and care, Ready to Stick Mobile Phlebotomy Services is not responsible for any damages caused by unrestrained animals or unsafe environments. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all safety measures are taken before the phlebotomist arrives.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate and truthful information during the scheduling process.

  • Clients must be present at the scheduled location at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so will result in the $30 cancellation fee.
